Path to 1 Deal: 1000 Reach Outs (Phone Calls / Doors Knocked) = 200 Lead Conversations = 4 Appointments Made = 1 Closing,
These numbers are just a starting point in case you do not know your current numbers.
Example: 50 Closings = 50,000 Reach Outs = 10,000 Lead Conversations = 200 Appointments Set = 50 Closings.
This is the importance of tracking your numbers and turning them in! Your business will be a lot more predictable and turn into a numbers game.
