This form verifies that I will be referring the client named above to The Shores. I recognize that Douglas Emmett pay me a referral fee should they lease an apartment at The Shores within thirty (30) days of the signing of this registration.

Brokers/Agents will earn a commission if the following prerequisites are met: (i) A fully executed lease agreement is completed between Owner and Client within thirty (30) days of submission of this registration form ; (ii) Client subsequently occupies the subject premises and the lease term commences; (iii) no other Broker / Agent registrations are received for this Client. The amount of the commission payable shall be established by a separate agreement between Owner and Broker / Agent.
