2024 LEETON SHOW

Friday 11th and Saturday 12th October, 2024

Sites are 3m x 3m. Please bring your own table and chair.

Cost is $20 for small market stall holders for 1 or both days.

Cost is no charge for the Non Profit sector

CONDITIONS

Full payment (including any additional fees) must be received by the Secretary 3 weeks prior to commencement of Show or site space will be allocated to others on the wait list. Please make cheques payable to Leeton Show Society Inc'. Trade stand availability is not confirmed until cheque is cleared. Direct Deposit facilities are available, see below.

Site fee entitles you to two entry wristbands, any further wristbands can be purchased on the day.

Exhibitors may drive their vehicle on site to unpack , but all vehicles must be moved outside the gate no later than 3.30pm Friday 11th October, Failure to do so runs the risk of your vehicle being towed.

A camping fee of $20.00 per day applies for all show vans camping on site before and after the Show. Camping fees will be added to cost of Show site. No camping fees apply during the days of the Show.

INSURANCE DECLARATION

For Hobbyist Stallholders: Defined as those who are not running a formal commercial enterprise nor have an ABN and they earn under $20,000 per year from their stall activity. Those Hobbyist Stallholders who meet this definition and have signed the below declaration are automatically covered under the Show's insurance cover for Public Liability. The ASC's Public Liability insurance does not extend to Hobbyists in any manner for any Products Liability exposure.

 

 

I declare that I am a Hobbyist Stall Holder, do not have an ABN and do not earn more than $20,000 in this enterprise on an annual basis. I am therefore protected under the Show's Liability policy for Public Liability only. I am aware that this protection does not extend to Products Liability.
