I am so excited to see you're interested in becoming a part of Oasis Balayage Studio! I've created this initial color consultation as a quick way to analyze your current hair goal to aid in your decision of which new client service option to book. It is so important for new clients to understand that my top priority is always the integrity and health of their hair. After completing this form, you'll hear back from me within 24-48 business hours with a quick debriefing of which new client service option would be right for you! If you desire a more in-depth analysis or have more questions of the process you'll want to schedule an actual in-person consultation. Now if you're ready, let's get started!

I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so Juliette can help me choose which New Guest Service option that I'm best suited for.

I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analysis of my current hair I will need to schedule an in-person consultation.

I understand that average wait time to get on the schedule for a New Client Service is about 2-4 weeks. I understand that initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $320-$345 for any lived in, balayage services and maintenance appointments range from $245-$290 depending on current hair, goal hair, and required upkeep.

I understand that a first time appointment can range from 3-6 hours depending on the service.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel within 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee for the amount you booked for. Cancelling outside of this policy will be a 25% fee for less than 48 hours and 50% same day or no show. This does not go towards your next appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:

Our late policy will be 15 minutes past your appointment time. Depending on the service, I wont be able to do every we booked for but you will be charged for all services originally booked. Anything 30 minutes or later will have to be completely rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of services booked. This does not go towards your next appointment.
