Does your baby require any dietary restrictions within the donor milk (no processed sugars, no dairy, etc)?
Anything else we may need to know?
Do you understand that donors are approved and the donor milk they provide is shared in good faith, based on their own disclosure of lifestyle, and that they are not required to provide evidence to prove their answers are true and accurate?
