This is Tampa Bay's premier auto show! The event is from 9am - 12pm. Vehicles will start to arrive at 7am.

You will need to be onsite at: 7am. 

You will enter the resort using the Belcher Road Entrance. Belcher Road & Innisbrook Drive

Your primary role will be either: Event setup and tear down, handing out VIP Good Bags, Handing out event info to everyone coning in at the security gates,  or directing cars to leave the show & exit the resort. You will be positioned any differnt locations within the resort.

Assigment Areas: 

1. VIP Driveway Entrance

2. VIP Golf Course

3. South Security Gate

4. North Security Gate

5. CleanUp

Please park in the back gravel lot of Market Salamander Grill. When you arrive at the resort, just advise security you are here for the Cars & Coffee event and that you are a volunteer for it and proceed to the Osprey Club House where Market Salamander Grill is located at for check-in. You will need to be onsite at: 7am

Please wear business casual cloths (nice shorts with a belt, polo shirt or a nice shirt) and comfortable shoes (tennis shoes). 

Your shift will end at 1pm and once it's ended you may leave to go home. If you need your volunteer form signed, please get with John Schroeder.

Volunteer Waiver and Agreement

As a volunteer for Salamander Innisbrook LLC

Accuracy of Information
I certify that all information I have provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I have not omitted any information that may adversely affect my eligibility to volunteer. I authorize Innisbrook to verify any information provided and to conduct inquiries as necessary to determine my suitability. I understand that any misrepresentation or omission may result in denial or termination of my volunteer service.

At-Will Relationship
I understand that my volunteer relationship with Innisbrook is at-will and may be modified or terminated at any time, with or without notice or cause, by either Innisbrook or myself.

Voluntary Service / No Compensation
I acknowledge that my service is strictly voluntary. I will not receive wages, benefits, or any other form of compensation for my time or services, and I am not an employee of Innisbrook for any purpose.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
I understand that volunteer activities may involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss to myself or my property arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Salamander Innisbrook LLC, its parent, affiliates (including Salamander Properties), and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my volunteer activities, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Authorization and Certification
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Waiver and Agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I further authorize Innisbrook to conduct background checks or investigations as permitted by law. I understand that any false statement or omission may result in denial or termination of my volunteer service.

I certify that by signing, the information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation in my application may void my application. I fully authorize any form of background checking or thorough investigation of all matters I have provided here in this application.
