Tournament Requirements:
- Limited spots!
- Be prepared to play on a grass field that is open to the public.
- Each team must have 6 players and can have substitutes which all need to be registered. Each team needs to be mixed, with at least 2 women playing at all times.
- No refunds given in the case of cancellation, and the fees are non-transferable. Refunds will be given in the event of emergency, or extreme weather conditions.
- All terms and conditions must be met ahead of play. Pre-registration, booking and payment are mandatory. Participation will be confirmed once the payment has been made. After submitting the registration form a confirmation email with payment information will be sent within the next few days.
- Players under the age of 18 need a Consent of a Parent or Legal Guardian to be filled in and submitted in the link.
Release of Liability:

By taking part in this organized sporting event, I hereby acknowledge that I release YWAM Urban Key London Willesden (charity number 1168311) from liability of any and all physical injuries that may occur during the course of the sporting event. I acknowledge YWAM Urban Key London Willesden (charity number 1168311) will not be held liable for any damage, lost or stolen personal property. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the care of my own personal property. I have read and agree to these conditions.
