This form is for me just to ask some basic questions, clarify some things and let you know more about my expectations as a amateur adult creature working with others. Are there preferred methods of protection or barriers that you would like used during any scenes filmed? Any allergies to materials? (ex: latex, silicone, etc)

What sort of equipment do you use whenever you shoot media? Are you open to using other cameras or filming equipment whenever you collaborate with others?

Are you open to having others film or photograph you with the intention of these files being used by the actively on screen creators involved?

What are your shoot expectations in terms of productivity/work load? Do you have any skills that could be useful for the filming/post production process and would you like to take on any specific duties? (ex: lighting, editing, photography, audio, etc.)

Any preferred methods of sharing files before/during/after shooting? I generally prefer to use Google Drive or Dropbox to keep things organized and accessible!

Do you have any need for accommodations whether it be medical or otherwise that should be disclosed in case of unforseen emergencies while on the filming set? (ex: diabetes, stress injury, allergies, etc)

Are you interested in any scenes involving BDSM, kink, fetish or power exchange? If so please state your level of experience, preferences, scene idea(s), equipment you can provide, hard, and soft limits. I am a versatile switch when it comes to both my personal and professional life. This means that I both top and bottom as well as perform in dominant and submissive roles. This makes me very flexible for filming as my list of interests is quite large. Do you have any preference in D/S role while on camera? Please include details.

I engage in edge play on camera as it is within my risk profile and tolerance level. This means that I may feel comfortable doing certain intense acts with certain co-stars and not with others. Videos of me performing scenes with one person are not automatic consent or enthusiasm for me to perform these exact same acts with you on camera. Please state acknowledgement of this below before proceeding.

Last BDSM question, do you have any preferred safe words? If none are indicated, generally I operate on a color system (red, yellow, green) while filming scenes.

WHERE and WHEN would you like to schedule a shoot?
If you are hosting locally or within the region I am very amiable to working out something but if travel is longer than two hours I prefer to have my expenses covered. If you need me to host we can work out a good hotel to meet at as that is currently how I am working with creators who travel and tour!
If I am traveling for a collaboration I do have expectations to make sure that the shoot is worth my time and energy. I also want everyone involved to feel confident that they are walking away with a good amount of quality material.

When I am traveling to collaborate with people for trade or hybrid, I generally aim to create at least 2 full video scenes, two full photosets, two shorter ad sets and a handful of shorter videos for socials per day*. Is this something you would feel comfortable accommodating?
