Manitoba 4-H Council Inc. is required to follow guidelines and requirements as set out by 4-H Canada and our insurance providers to ensure our members, leaders and volunteers are protected and safe while participating in 4-H events and activities. Providing a safe environment is our top priority. We appreciate the time spent and your dedication to Youth Safety at 4-H in Canada.
Note: Complete only ONE form for each new volunteer to be enrolled.
Please note as a new volunteer you will have 60 days to complete: YPP documentation, Youth Safety at 4-H in Canada, and one of the following - Commit to Kids, Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders, Respect in School. This volunteer process will guide you through all of this.

Thank you for completing the New Volunteer Onboarding Form, your outlined references will automatically be contacted. Once you click "Submit" below, you will receive an email with the documentation you will need to complete for your Child Abuse Registry Check (please follow the directions on the documents). You will now be forwarded to the Criminal Record Check Form, please fill out all of the information. Once completed a PDF will be generated which you will take to your local detachment. You will then be forwarded on to the New Volunteer Onboarding Series which will satisfy your Youth Safety at 4-H in Canada course!
