This agreement is not an offer of employment, nor is it intended to create any right to continuation of a volunteer position.
This position is a volunteer role at Child Evangelism Fellowship. This means that if you accept this role, you perform all duties on a voluntary basis and will not receive remuneration or payment for your work, other than reasonable reimbursement of expenses that have been approved in writing prior to incurring the expense.
Child Evangelism Fellowship asks that you:
- Support Child Evangelism Fellowship's mission and vision
- Participate in all relevant orientation and training programs
- Only undertake duties you are authorized to perform and always operate under the direction and supervision of authorized assigned staff and obey reasonable directions and instructions
- Notify your supervisor or another member of staff of any health and safety issues or potentially hazardous situations that may pose a risk to you or others and report any accidents or incidents relating to staff, volunteers, or the workplace
- Behave appropriately and courteously to all staff, fellow volunteers, students, and the public in the course of your role
- Use any property or equipment given to you in your role safely and only for the purpose of the role and return it to the organization when you finish your volunteer role
- Let us know if you wish to change the nature of your contribution (i.e. hours, role, etc at any time
- Execute all duties appropriately, as directed, and implement any changes given by supervisor(s) in feedback
- This volunteer position is not a legally binding relationship or agreement and may be ended at any time for any cause by either you or by Child Evangelism Fellowship.
