• Election Integrity Survey

    Your response is very important! This is a survey to gather anonymous voter input on election integrity topics to share with elected officials. There are 18 questions that will take approximately 2 to 3 minutes of your time.
  • 1. I am concerned about elections being fair and secure.
  • 2. Vote by mail is accurate and free from election fraud.
  • 3. Machine tabulators accurately count votes on ballots.
  • 4. Electronic voting equipment connected to the internet is acceptable.
  • 5. Only US citizens are voting in elections.
  • 6. Voter rolls are accurate and correct.
  • 7. Only proven and validated U.S. citizens should be permitted to register to vote.
  • 8. Bloated voter rolls contribute to opportunity for election fraud.
  • 9. Voter rolls must be continually maintained, removing ineligible voters including the deceased, dual registration voters and voters with invalid addresses.
  • 10. Changes to voter roll records, including additions and removals, should be publicly available for review and auditing.
  • 11. All electronic or electromechanical voting systems and software must be US-made and assembled and use open source (non-proprietary) code.
  • 12. No electronic voting equipment should contain nor use any internal modems or routers.
  • 13. In Florida, each county is mandated to fund and use electronic tabulators, counties should have the option to hand count ballots if they choose to do so. (Skip this question if you do not reside in Florida.)
  • 14. If machine counting tabulators are used to count votes, there must be publicly conducted manual audits of 5-10% of precincts which cover all forms of voting (vote by mail, early voting, primary and general elections).
  • 15. Each county must verify machine counting tabulators by hand counting one randomly selected race per election. Any discrepancy above the standard allowable difference should require a full manual recount of that precinct.
  • 16. Vote by mail should be "qualified", meaning you must show a legitimate reason on your request application such as out of town or incapacitated, before a vote by mail ballot is sent to you.
  • 17. Limit vote by mail to voters who are physically unable to vote at their county polling location and have attested as such by a notarized vote by mail application.
