Quaker Fest is an annual fundraiser that supports the Salt Lake Monthly Meeting of Friends, also known as Quakers. This year we're raising money to pay off our ADA accessible elevator and support our general meeting operations. We are a nonprofit religious organization dedicated to peace, equality, integrity, community, simplicity, and stewardship.

If this fee is not affordable to you, please reach out. We are willing to work with our vendors to make this event financially accessible to you.
A comission on your sales will not be required. If you are willing to also donate a tax-deductible percentage of your sales, please let us know.
You will be provided with a sales tax form on the day of the event and will be solely responsible for filing sales tax within the timeframe defined by Utah state and Murray city law.
Set Up & Take Down
Accepted vendors will receive an assigned outdoor booth space in a paved parking lot measuring 10 feet by 10 feet. You must provide your own table, chairs, displays, and point-of-sale system. There will not be an ATM on site, so we recommend being prepared with a card reader and a cash box with change. If you use a tent or canopy, it must be secured with weights.
The space will be open for set up at 1 pm, and all vendors must be set up and ready to sell at 2:45 pm.
Vendors will not be permitted to take down their booth and leave until the market is finished at 7 pm. Concert attendees will be arriving at that time and may want to purchase your products!
Marketing
We will provide a digital social media marketing graphic for you to share on your social media prior to the event.
The Salt Lake Monthly Meeting doesn't operate any social media channels, but will be marketing the event on multiple channels, including NowPlayingUtah, local event calendars, and in print.
