Once your form has been reviewed, please allow 2-4 days for a reply.
*Deposit policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your tattoo. If multiple sessions are scheduled the deposit will go towards the total cost of the last appointment.
*Rescheduling
: If any reason you are needing to reschedule, I require a 48 hour notice prior to the time of your appointment. If rescheduled multiple times an additional deposit will be required. For no call/ no shows, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
*Cancellations:
Cancelling an appointment and no call/no shows automatically forfeits your deposit.
