Please note: We clean to a standard, not a time limit. We cannot confirm how long your cleaning may take, but we work hard to move fast and get your home sparkling!
If your home is a rental and the community or property management company requires your unit to be cleaned when you move out, please provide your lease's end date so we can look at scheduling your cleaning prior to the lease ending.

If your home is a rental property, please be aware Osprey Cleaning is not responsible for existing damages to the property. This can include but is not limited to, mold, water damage, paint marks, wall scuffs or other wall damages, existing appliance or fixture damage, and stained or damaged carpets and flooring. Osprey Cleaning provides professional cleaning services. Our cleaners will thoroughly clean the empty property, but will not perform intensive or restoration services outside the scope of a residential cleaning service. Move out cleanings cover all interior areas of the home, garages and patios/balconies are not included. You are receiving a quote for a Move-Out or Move-In cleaning. Osprey Cleaning requires the unit to be completely empty of your personal items and trash in order to provide the best cleaning possible. We will contact you as soon as possible if we find personal items left in the property upon our cleaner's arrival. If you do not respond before the service is completed, the items will be disposed of as we see appropriate. There may be an additional charge for collecting and disposing of trash left in the property. If you have read and agree with this policy, please type "I agree".
All residential clients are required to keep a credit card on file, regardless of payment method. Your card on file will be charged at the start of your cleaning service after your cleaner completes their initial walkthrough. If you are paying by cash or check, or paying with a card other than the card saved on file, payment is required at the start time of your scheduled service. There is a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your cleaning if cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Cancellation or rescheduling fees are charged to the card on file. Full details will be in your Service Agreement if you choose to schedule.
