  • Sumitting this application does not mean you are commiting to a dog, nor does it guarantee you will get that dog.  It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family and lifestyle.

    A successful foster depends on selecting the right dog for your household and a good understanding of the dog's needs and care requirements.  Please help us with this process by answering the following questions fully & completely. THANK YOU!

  • Foster is to hold said animal until placed in home or minimum 3 months or agreed upon date .


    If foster decides  they want to adopt they must notify rescue before any other arrangements are made .


    Rescue acknowledges that upon acceptance by both parties, this is a binding contract, enforceable by civil law.


    Rescue  hereby delivers to and deposits with the Caregiver said animal.


    Any care animal will receive must be ok by the rescue first.


    Rescue will supply food and basic items  and general vet care if needed.  any specialty care will first have to be fundraised  for.


    Rescue will supply crate if needed but must be returned after dog is in home.


    Foster agrees to follow rules of decompression.


    foster will not introduce to other dogs until dog has decompressed , if decompression is not followed foster will be responsible for any costs that may occur because of negligence.


    foster must give rescue time to make alternate plan if for any reason , no longer able to foster .


    foster agrees to give dog time to adjust to new environment.


    foster will take dog to adoption events


    foster will report to rescue with updates and pictures and videos weekly .


    Foster will follow foster handbook


    Foster agrees  this is a voluntary agreement.
