Thank you for your interest in being a Bliss Portraits Model. I am looking for 5 diverse, empowered people to create some upscale, modern headshots to showcase in my portfolio.

WHAT'S INVOLVED

* A complimentary styled studio photo session at our home studio in Novi, MI. including pro hair/makeup valued at $499.

* 2 complimentary digital images from your session with option to purchase more.

* $500 studio credit to apply to a collection. Our lowest collection is $995.

* NO model experience required but comfortable in front of the camera.
REQUIREMENTS IF SELECTED:

* Enjoy being in front of the camera
* Attend a zoom style planning meeting and obtain photo session attire as discussed
* Sign a model release to use your images for marketing, website and social media.
* Be available no later than June 1, 2025 to complete the photo session.
* A $99 booking fee to secure date that will be fully refundable upon session completion

If selected there will be a zoom style pre-session consultation required before your session to confirm session details. Outfits will be coordinated with session offered. PLUS agree to allow images to be used by studio for marketing and promotional purposes.*

I understand there is no obligation to purchase more but purchasing options will be offered at an in-person viewing appointment. A $99 booking fee is required to secure date. I hereby grant Bliss Portrait Studio, and anyone Bliss Portraits authorizes, the exclusive rights to use images of me/my family and reproduction therefrom, for display, publishing, promotion, advertising art, or any other lawful purpose. I agree that all or any part of the images may be used, altered, or modified. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or advertising. I agree not to make any claims against Carla Jacobson and/or employees of Bliss Portrait Studio, LLC as a result of the use of the photographs. (Images will never be sold to third parties and are for marketing efforts only)
