Catering - Level 1

If you are on Level 1 (Seagull, Ocean, Theatre, Bar, Balcony) all catering must go through Glory Days catering. This must be organised only once your booking is confirmed. No self-catering is allowed for Level 1. BYO is not permitted.
Catering - Ground Level

The High Tide room has an open catering policy with access to the in-room kitchen. If you are not self catering, catering details must be provided to the venue pre-event. All caterers who are serving alcohol must be must have an RSA (Responsible service of alcohol) and BYO is not permitted. Security must be booked for minimum of 4 hours if alcohol is present, charges apply.
Please have your caterer submit a Waverley Council Temporary Food Permit. Please note to register a Temporary Food Premises, Stall or Vendor with Council, catering providers must complete the online application form - If a permit is currently held, please send through a copy of this for our records
Alcohol

BYO is not permitted in any space at the Bondi Pavilion. Any service of alcohol requires all servers to have an RSA and applicable liquor licenses. An RSA security guard must be present for the duration of alcohol service. Glory Days for Level 1 can provide alcohol and will book security for you once your booking is confirmed.
