- The first two sessions will be before the event starts, you will be helping set up for the event
- The second two sessions you will be helping run booths/stations during the event, you will then have the other 2 hours of the event to enjoy it!
- The last session will be after the event ends, you will be helping breakdown the event

We can not guarantee that you will be placed in one of these positions, but we will try our best to match people up with their area of interest!

For promotional or marketing purposes, Bobby's Enterprises, LLC DBA Bobby's BBQ reserves the right to use any audio, video, and/or photography of volunteers participating in Sizzle & Smoke.

With full knowledge, I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur to myself while volunteering at Sizzle & Smoke.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if I am hurt or property is damaged during my participation at Sizzle & Smoke, I may be found by court of law to have waived any right to maintain a lawsuit against Bobby's Enterprises, LLC on the basis of any claim which has been released herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and agree to be bound to its terms.
