Thank you for your interest in Royalty USA! We are excited to learn more about you and why you are interested in being a part of this organization.

What's makes our Director''s Program Different:
- We provide you with a brand kit and training to help you be successful
- We provide you with your state specific logos and the authorization to create and sell merchandise
- We will provide you with a state directors guide and templates to help you stay organized
- We provide you with a professional domain email address specific to your state/region
- We will have national staff present at your event to assist as needed
- The national office will fully sponsor the registration fee for your state/regional titleholders that are specified in your contract.
- We provide bonuses for additional titles that are filled beyond your contracted titles.
Qualifiied applicants will be required to have an in-person online zoom interview with members of our national team and director. Once your interview is complete, if you are selected, below is a list of requirements. Please read carefully, only serious applicants should apply.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must provide proof of identity
- Must provide personal and professioal references
- Must respect and understand our core values of Royalty USA
- Must attend our annual directors meeting/training in Charleston, SC on September 23, 2026
- Must be able to attend nationals weekend and participate, shadow and volunteer as needed September 22-26, 2027.
During nationals week, Royalty USA will provide "shared" hotel accomodations with other state directors and meals while actively participating and volunteering. We will not provide travel or additional expenses.

During your interview, we will discuss the director/coordinator contract in detail and you will be sent a copy to review and sign via docusign.
