Please choose at least two potential party slots. If we do not have availability for either time, we will suggest alternate times that we may have available closest to your child's birthdate.

We do not accept requests for parties less than 2 weeks away; most available spots fill up at least a month out.

RSVP Accuracy

Over time we have found that asking for RSVPs gives you and Bricks 4 Kidz a very close, accurate number of guests to be expected. This helps for planning on your part and the part of Bricks 4 Kidz.

RSVP Date

We typically list the Wednesday prior to the party as the RSVP date. We also find that you will get better results by listing a specific date, even if some people respond a little late.

We will ask you for RSVP numbers around that Wednesday, which helps us finalize seating arrangements and materials. It is okay if you get RSVPs after the date -- simply update the party planning form we send you, or call, text, or email us.

About Siblings & Maximum number of children

Sometimes it can be confusing for a party family to know whether or not to anticipate siblings of invited guests. It can also be confusing to guests. In an effort to clarify this upfront, we can include an official statement from Bricks 4 Kidz to help ease this confusion (see the sample choices below).

Please be aware that we can handle up to 24-36 children in the space, depending on the number of adults also in attendance.

We have observed over time that parties of children turning 5 tend to have more "full families" or multiple parents per child in attendance, which can make the party space uncomfortably full. Parties of children turning 6 are only a little better, and parties of children turning 7 or older tend to have a lot more "drop offs".

We do not allow drop-offs for 5 or 6 year old birthday parties, but can accomodate these for 7+.

For any party, if the children RSVP numbers start to be over 28, we will ask you to inform parents that "Due to space limitations, please limit 1 adult per child."
