Harmony PEC

Cabins & Personal Items:

• You will be provided with a key to your cabin. It is your responsibility to ensure that all possessions are kept safe at all times. Harmony PEC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• If you experience any problems during your stay, please inform your retreat host. Please note Harmony PEC cannot be responsible for the behaviour of any individual group member or other guests.

• Should any items related to the individual cabins or common Harmony PEC spaces (eg. keys, towels, blankets, water bottles, yoga mats etc.) be lost or damaged, Harmony PEC reserves all rights to charge the retreat host for the replacement, repair or cleaning of said items. The retreat host is responsible for obtaining any financial reimbursement from guests as needed.

Waiver of Liability and Release:

You hereby release and forever discharge Harmony PEC from any and all liability, claims and causes in action, which arise or may hereafter arise or are in any way connected to your involvement in retreats held at Harmony PEC. This agreement discharges Harmony PEC from any liability or claim that you may have against Harmony PEC with respect to any bodily or other personal injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from involvement in a retreat held at Harmony PEC, whether caused by the negligence of Harmony PEC or otherwise. You also understand that Harmony PEC does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance included but not limited to medical health or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness.

• Harmony PEC is not liable for any injuries or health conditions that are incurred during your stay. All activities, programs, explorations, and classes are undertaken at your own risk. Harmony PEC is not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or after your retreat stay.

• Should you require a ride in any Harmony PEC vehicle, Harmony PEC is not liable or responsible for any injury, accidents, or risks. Harmony PEC releases all liability for any transportation and related risks involved at any point during your retreat stay.

• You agree that your involvement in a retreat is purely voluntary and elect to participate in retreat activities despite of any possible risks.

• Harmony PEC is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property.

Personal and Medical Care:

• You are entirely responsible for your personal safety, health and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after the retreat. You release the retreat organizers and their representatives, any all employees, assistants,  and affiliates of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically that they or any of their family members may incur during or after the retreat. Harmony PEC is not liable for any injury or illness (mental, emotional, physical) that may occur during any retreat taking place with Hosts who are not part of the Harmony team. 

• Should you experience a medical emergency occur during your stay, you permit Harmony PEC to contact emergency services and your emergency contact named in this document.

• You will inform all facilitators and practitioners present during your stay at Harmony PEC of any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your body’s capabilities during your stay.

• While all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, Harmony PEC is situated on 28 acres of countryside where the land may be uneven and natural elements may obstruct trails. Harmony PEC shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain or natural elements.
