All indicated hours are Central Standard Time. With the exception of Lego Robotics, all sessions have online program components to them.
Cancellation Policy
FAIR CANCELLATION POLICY: A written request must be submitted before the cancellation deadline for full refund. After the deadline, transfers between camps are allowed at no charge, subject to availability. If you cancel a camp registration, you will receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be fully transferable to a family member or a friend and expires one year from the issue date.

Standard Policies and Agreements
I understand parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for providing a reliable and safe device during summer camp for their students. To have a successful and respectable learning environment, the following systems are required for online programs: Windows-based PC, Mac PC, Chromebook, or tablet.
I hereby fully and forever discharge and release Excellerate Learning Studio from any claim for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to injuries) that may occur outside of the scheduled lesson or event times, and covenant and agree not to sue or otherwise initiate legal proceedings against Excellerate Learning Studio.
All services provided are initiated under current Federal and State laws and policies at the time the services are rendered. Excellerate Learning Studio cannot be responsible for any future changes in any Federal or State laws and policies that may render portions of previous Excellerate Learning Studio efforts and/or reporting ineffective in yielding represented results. The acceptance by the execution of this agreement is not subject to any future performance by Excellerate Learning Studio or any of its officers, employees, or agents, by the delivery of normal services of Excellerate Learning Studio and is specifically not conditioned upon any projection, promise or guarantee of scores or grades. Excellerate Learning Studio reserves the right to reject any application for any reason and refuse and/or return all or part of the financial submission paid as consideration for this application.
Makeup of Missed Lessons
Any virtual session can be recorded and the recording can be sent to you with advanced notice in case of absence.
Because of the group nature of our program, if a student misses a lesson in part or whole, the makeup of the lesson will not be provided. Any monetary or other refunds will also not be provided. However, the students will still receive the same instructional materials and the same weekly feedback from the coach for improving his or her learning and review, whenever possible and applicable, for the next lessons.
Media Release and Right to Use Student-Created Writings and Products
I hereby grant permission to Excellerate Learning Studio, and its officers, trustees, employees, agents, students, representatives, successors, licensees, and assigns (hereinafter "Excellerate Learning Studio") to photograph or take other media my image, likeness, or depiction and/or that of my minor children (if applicable) and to use the finished products (such as, but not limited to, writings and drawings) from its programs. I hereby grant permission to Excellerate Learning Studio to edit, crop, or retouch such media or products, and waive any right to inspect the final media or products to be used by Excellerate Learning Studio worldwide for any purpose, including educational and advertisement purposes, and for any medium, including print and electronic. I understand that Excellerate Learning Studio may use such media or products with or without associating names thereto.
I further waive any claim for compensation of any kind for Excellerate Learning Studio’s use or publication of products or media of me or my minor children (if applicable). I hereby fully and forever discharge and release Excellerate Learning Studio from any claim for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy; defamation; false light or misappropriation of name, likeness, or image) arising out of the use or publication of products or media of me or my minor children by Excellerate Learning Studio and covenant and agree not to sue or otherwise initiate legal proceedings against Excellerate Learning Studio for such use or publication on my own behalf. All grants of permission and consent, and all covenants, agreements, and understandings contained herein are irrevocable.
