North Star Neighbors Advisory Committee
North Star Neighbors (NSN) is seeking experienced and knowledgeable professionals to join our Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance, insights, and expertise to help shape the future direction of our organization.

NSN is seeking expertise in the following areas, affordable housing developers, large employers, realtors, bank lenders, homeowner insurance sales, recent homebuyers (within the last two years), and construction trades professionals. We invite interested individuals to submit their proposals for consideration. North Star Neighbors is a subsidiary of the Northwest Minnesota Foundation and is a non-profit corporation committed to increasing affordable homeownership opportunities across Northwest Minnesota.

This commitment is met by creating and implementing a Community Land Trust housing development model. We believe that assembling a diverse and accomplished Advisory Board will enhance our ability to make well-informed decisions and achieve our objectives.
