Memberships in contract may be frozen for 1 to 4 months for medical reasons only. Your account must be current (no past due fees) before a freeze will be approved. To freeze an account requires medical proof. Proof must be updated every 4 months for a freeze to be continued. Time and payments will be added on to the end of the existing membership term.
Memberships out of contract may freeze for up to 4 months at a time. There will be a $5 Bi Weekly, or $10 Monthly Charge to hold the account.
