Terms and Conditions
By registering to particpate in the Profits to Paradise 2023 Promotion, you ("the registrant" and/or "traveler") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Communication Consent: The registrant agrees to receive promotional emails, mailers, and/or other communication related to the Profits to Paradise 2023 program to the email address provided above.
2. Winner Announcements: Trip winners will be announced starting September 15, 2023, then every two weeks thereafter until the end of November.
3. Trip Details: The winner will receive a trip for two to Antigua, departing from SFO or SMF (the closest of the two airports to the winner's home address), for 5 nights/6 days at an adults only, all-inclusive resort (Sandals Grande Antigua) during the Travel dates below.
4. Accomodations: King Bed/Double accomodations only. No other bedding accomodations are available at this resort.
5. Adults-only Resort: Sandals Grande Antigua is an adults-only resort (18 years or older). No alternative arrangements will be researched, accomodated, or transferred by Core-Mark on your behalf outside of the program as outlined.
6. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email to the email address provided on the registration form. The registrant/winner will have (7) seven business days from the date of the email notification to confirm acceptance of the trip.
4. Forfeiture and New Winner Selection: If the registrant/winner fails to confirm acceptance of the trip within (7) business days of the email notification, it will be considered a forfeit. In such cases, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Trip Dates: January 28 - February 2, 2024. Due to the distance of destination, group flights will depart late evening of January 27, 2024. Trip dates and flight times are predetermined and not negotiable. Any changes to the trip dates will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
6. Cash Value: The trip prize will not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
7. Passport Requirements: Registrant/Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport and that it is valid for at least (6) months after the date of arrival to Antigua. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in delayed or denied boarding.
8. Traveler Responsibilities: The registrant/traveler acknowledges and agrees that any additional costs, including but not limited to transportation, meals, accommodations, travel insurance and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
9. Limitation of Liability: Core-Mark is not responsible for any negligent or intentional acts or omissions of third parties, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or any other entities involved in the trip program. The registrant/traveler agrees to release and hold Core-Mark International, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the trip program.
10. Amendments: Core-Mark International, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications or amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on www.cm-norcal.com or via email.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws California. Any disputes arising out of or connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdicton of the courts within the State of California.
