Outdoor Disclaimer: We highly recommend lighter color balloons for outdoor setups as darker colors under direct sunlight and heat increase the chances of your balloons deflating.

QUICK FACT: Lighter Colors reflect, and Darker Colors absorb sunlight. If possible, setting up under a shaded area is suggested to preserve the balloons and slow down the oxidization process which in turn gives the balloons a matte finish. Please understand we are unable to control any weather conditions and we will do all things necessary and, in our control, to provide the setup requested.

2. Set up Time and Teardown Time:
2. Set up Time and Teardown Time: Client Initials.Client is fully responsible for providing a timeline with adequate time for setup and access to the event. Client is also required to provide a Teardown time with adequate time for Teardown of installation. If is not able carry out Teardown on the set Teardown time at event location, a grace period of 60 minutes will be implemented. A $50/hr. fee will be charged to the client after a 60-minute grace period has been utilized unless an extension is requested 24 hours prior to the event date.
3. Outdoor Events: Client Initials.For all outdoor events, classic balloon décor, deliveries, and balloon sculptures, does not guarantee any of its products, rentals or installations to withstand inclement weather. All services are rendered and non-refundable after installation is complete.
4. Safety and Liability: Client Initials.Client is responsible for all of its purchased products after installation is complete. Client is responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of helium, balloons, equipment and material related during the event.Client hereby agrees to hold harmless and without liability,Balloon ART by Samm LLC and all principals, owners, or employees from any of the following Helium inhalation or injury from lack of oxygenSlipping on broken balloonsLatex allergiesChildren and/or adults having access to balloons/materials relating to installation before, during or after eventsChildren and/or adults putting balloons in their mouths and chokingEye/facial/body injuries from popping balloonsHeart attacks from balloons poppingHearing loss due to balloons poppingLesions, abrasions, suffocation, choking, loss of sight, loss of hearing, dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, broken body parts, death or any other personal or property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by balloons popping
5. Cancellation and Postponement: Client InitialsIn the event that the client cancels or postpones any installations, rentals and/or decor for the event the deposit will not be refunded. A credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date. Should the event be cancelled within a week of the event date a credit will be issued in the amount of the paid in full balance which can be applied to any future event for up to one year from initial event date.
6. Design Change/Revisions: Client Initials.Any design changes to the description of event outlined in section 1 after contract is signed will be subjected to a new estimate. will not take any revisions or changes to the Description of Installations/Services within a week prior to the event.

7. Payment Terms and Conditions: Client Initials.It is agreed upon by the Client and Samantha Tantillo that the balance is payable in full toBalloon ART by Samm, no later than day of before set up to the event date to guarantee delivery of the order. A 50% of the balance is to be paid as a deposit upon signing this contract to reserve services on the date of event. Deposits are non-refundable.
