Thank you for your interest in being a part of this quarterly community event! The Art Walk takes place along Irving Street between 6th Ave and 17th Ave, and 9th Ave between Judah and Lincoln. You will be placed outside a business, somewhere along 9th or Irving.
2026 SEASON

Important information:
- Next Event Date + Time: FALL - Friday, September 25, 2026, 5-9 PM
- APPLICATION OPENS: Sept 1, 2026
- APPLICATION DEADLINE: SEPT 18, 2026
- Fee to participate: $35. (Application fee $10 + Participation fee $25)
  If accepted, we will notify you by September 21, and your $25 payment will be due within two business days. If we don't receive your payment within two business days, we may offer your spot to another vendor.
- After we receive payment, we will assign you to an Inner Sunset Merchant location and provide a table. Please bring your own table covering. Each location provides various table types and sizes; plan for a table between 4 and 6 feet long.
- You are required to promote the event via social media and/or email marketing. Even if you have a small list, we count on all participants to help spread the word.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up your table. You must be present for the entire event. There will be no early breakdowns.

You will be outside (if weather permits), and must provide your own set-up and equipment. In most cases, electricity will NOT be available. Your location and placement will be decided based on your set-up. Can you tell us more about your set-up and requirements as far as electricity is concerned. Specifically, are you able to play without electricity? AND if we do have a space with electricity available do you prefer that?

Payouts can take from 1-5 business days to arrive.
