After your deposit fee has been paid, there will be NO REFUNDS available or CREDITS for future years.
The fee is $150 for a 6' table and 2 chairs. Decorating the table is up to you. Banners are welcome!
We have 10 Sponsor spots for $250. So what do you get as a sponsor? A double table, your logo on the tote bag, select your seat for the big day, extra marketing, and your name on the banner in a sponsorship role.
A contract will be sent out for you to sign if you are selected for the event along with an invoice for a deposit of 1/2 the amount. The full payment is due by April 1, 2024.
You can bring 1 Assistant to the event. Assistants need to be 18+.
Parking for this event is FREE.
