  • 2026 Women Who Soar Conference - Vendor Application

    We are excited to announce that the Women Who Soar Conference will be held in Baltimore on Thurs., Nov. 5th through Sat., Nov. 7th. We invite businesses to apply to participate in our vendor marketplace where you can showcase your products and services as part of a special shopping experience for our conference attendees. *Limited spaces are available. DON'T DELAY - FILL OUT THE APPLICATION BELOW TODAY!

    VENDOR FEE: The vendor fee is $200 (which covers your vendor table for all 3 days of the conference 11/05, 11/06, 11/07). Women Who Soar (WWS) will provide a table and 2 chairs for each vendor.

    After review of your application, if you are approved as a vendor, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay the vendor fee (via CashApp to a specific id for WWS vendor payments), along with additional information about the WWS Conference Marketplace.

    SET-UP: Vendors can start setting up their tables at 3:30 PM on Thurs. 11/05 and Fri. 11/06. *NOTE: You will be able to cover and leave your table overnight so that you are ready to serve customers on the following days of the 3-day conference (Thurs. thru Sat.).

    GUIDELINES:

    • You must apply and be approved as a vendor.
    • WWS reserves the right to refuse the application of any company or individual
    • WWS will do its best to prevent duplication of vendors offering the same exact product or service.
    • Your vendor table spot is not secured until you are approved and pay the vendor fee in full. 
    • No children are allowed to work vendor tables at the events.
    • WWS reserves the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time
