Check-In/Setup is Thursday, Jan 24, 2024 AT 5pm. Do you agree to that?
Event Hours are Thursday 5p-1a, Friday 10a-8p , Sat 9-8p , Sun. 9a-4p. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you agree?

Acceptance Terms:

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email or text and an invoice for their booth. . Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Booth Specifics:

You will be assigned a Booth, according to who paid First, Table are set up In the THE COUTURE BALLROOM Conference Room.
Cancellation Policy:

DUE TO PAST VENDORS NOT HONORING THERE AGREEMENT, WE CAN NO LONGER REFUND FEES , UNLESS APPROVED BY MANAGER.
I have read and understand the conditions listed above. By clicking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth. ANY vendor found in violation of this agreement may be asked to leave and be prevented from participating in future events.
You agree that you will not hold the event venue/organizers of Dallas Dance Explosion responsible for any personal injury, damages, thefts or shortages.

2024 EVENT AGREEMENT

We will set up on Thursday at 5p to 12

Friday start 9a to 8p

Saturday start time 9a to 8p

And Sunday 10a to 4p

Must be Cleared out by 6p on Sunday

Table setup will be assigned on Wednesday January 23, 2024

Vendor disclosure

1. vendors only get 1( 10x10 ) space, must stay in taped area

2 vendor space comes with a 6ft table, table cloth, trash can and 2 chairs

3. we offer Free wifi

4 We will assign tables to vendors this year, will give assigned table to vendors the day before event

5. vendors need to registrar on the app and pay in full , before Jan 2023 (application deadline)

6. No Refunds

7. If need Electric outlet , there will be an extra charge
