As DC/CA/RS I confirm thatnominee nameis aware that (s)he is being submitted for consideration. If selected as a regional delegate to the NYC, they can arrive by Thursday, January 23rd, for an evening session and participate through Friday, January 24th, with the NYC program. Delegates must register for an All-Access Pass for the Convention (which includes lunch Thursday-Saturday) in addition they must purchase a ticket to the Saturday night banquet where they will be recognized as a 2025 NYC delegate. Hotel is covered by USPC for Thursday through Saturday nights (2 delegates to a room). Regions are asked to pay the $250 program fee to help off-set hotel and program costs.
