READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING THE AGREEMENT
We hereby agree to occupy and pay for booth space (10'X10') at the Old Foamy Beer Fest (OFBF) to be held at the Clebure Conference Center, 1501 W Henderson St, Cleburne, TX 76033 on October 12th, 2024
Set-up Time: 8:00AM-11:00AM, Saturday, 10/12/2024
Exhibitors are responsible for booth items. Designated parking for exhibitors will be available near the festival site.
No Teardown Before 6:00 PM
Cleaning of the exhibit area is the responsibility of the exhibitor at close of day. Failure to comply could result in non-acceptance for future festival admittance.

Exhibitor will obtain all required (as applicable) permits with the City of Cleburne. For more information, please click the link below or contact the City of Cleburne Health Services Department.

Brewer Fee is $250
An invoice will follow submission of this form. If paying by check, please make it payable to: OFBF LLC. Mailing address is 1940 W Kilpatrick St, Cleburne, TX 76033.
Fee deadline is October 9th, 2024 and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The Old Foamy Beer Fest reserves the right to bar from any booth any material, literature, persons or thing that is not in OFBF’s opinion consistent with the character, purpose, or objectives of the annual Old Foamy Beer Fest. Exhibitor, by the execution of this agreement, agrees to the terms of this restriction.
Payment of sales tax is the exclusive responsibility of the Exhibitor. The OFBF shall not be responsible for any damage or injury as may happen to the Exhibitor or its agents, servants, employees, or property from any cause whatsoever, during the period covered by this agreement, and the Exhibitor hereby expressly releases OFBF from and agrees to indemnify it against any and all claims of the loss damage or injury. Without limiting the foregoing, OFBF will not be responsible for the loss of any exhibit or part thereof due to fire or lightning, windstorm or hail, smoke, explosion, riot or civil commotion, vandalism or malicious mischief, theft, burglary, robbery, hold-up, water damage, or any injury that may occur to an Exhibitor or to the Exhibitor’s employees. It is the recommendation of OFBF that the Exhibitor obtain adequate insurance coverage prior to the festival to insure their property or goods while in transit and while at the booth.
Cancellation/No Show Clause
In the event you as an Exhibitor notify OFBF after October 9th, that you will not be at the event or do not show up on the day of the event, Exhibitor will be responsible for $150 cancellation fee requested due and payable to OFBF, LLC within 10 days after the date of the event.
