    This year we will be offering our community 2 different hotels and not only one.

    The First hotel option is St. Regis Almasa Hotel, ELFIT Partner & official hotel for the 3rd year in a row. This 5-star hotel is located in the New Administrative Capital and is around 10 km - 13 minutes - away from The Sports City (The competition venue), 50 km away from Cairo International Airport, and 59 km from the City Center.

    The St. Regis Almasa is a super luxorious hotel that features an artificial beach area, indoor & outdoor pool, 2 fitness centers as well as cycling activities. It also has a children's playground and a state-of-the-art clubhouse.

    St. Regis Almasa Hotel will be offering a variety of options and the prices can go as low as 90$ per person per night 

    The second hotel option is Tolip International Olympic City Hotel, This hotel is also located in the New Administrative Capital but around 25 km – 25-30 minutes - away from The Sports City (The competition venue), 52 km away from Cairo International Airport, and 59 km from the City Center.

    Accommodation Rates: 

    ELFIT offers a variety of room types, such as single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms, with very special rates. Our prices can be as low as 81$ per person!

    As part of the ELFIT Community, you will be entitled to the following exclusive benefits in both hotels, which will only be available if you book your stay through the ELFIT hospitality department. The exclusive benefits are as follows:

    ELFIT Community Exclusive Benefits:

    •  Daily free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back during the event (16-18 November).
    •  Complimentary early check-in starting from 10:00 am and complimentary late check-out till 04:00 pm. (Subject to availability)

     

    Booking Process:

    Limited Rooms are available in both hotels and Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, Make sure you book your stay with us to guarantee your extra special benefits, please follow the below process:

    1.  Fill out the booking request form
    2. Our hospitality team will contact you within 48 hours with the total stay cost and payment link
    3. Your booking is not confirmed until you finish your payment.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    Cancellation Policy:

    1. Should you choose to cancel prior to October 30, 2023, you'll be eligible for a full refund.
    2. If you cancel on and after November 1, 2023, one night will be charged.
    3. Any cancellation, for any and all reasons, on or after November 6, 2023, will NOT be eligible for any refund.

     Refund Process: 

    • Refund duration takes 3-6 weeks after the event.
    • A 2.5% fee will be deducted from the 3rd party payment platform
