APPLICATION DEADLINE: 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE HOST EVENT COMPETITION.
Qualifiers are being offered at regional NRHA-approved events in 2023 and 2024. The qualifying classes will run concurrently with the NRHA Rookie Level 2, NRHA Rookie Level 1 and NRHA Ancillary Non-Pro divisions. Exhibitors are required to enter the corresponding NRHA event divisions to be eligible for The Run For A Million (TRFAM) Qualifer. The top five placings, and ties in each slate, qualify to compete at The Run For A Million,August 14-17, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Qualification is based on the rider, not the horse, only one-time qualification is required. Zeros and No Scores do not qualify.
The host event is required to submit $200 per entry/per slate to TRFAM, in addition to a complete set of results. Please email results to Kelseybmgevents@gmail.com. Payments can be mailed to TRFAM 28150 N Alma School Pkwy Ste 103-619, Scottsdale, AZ 85262. Entry fee for each qualifiying division, per slate is $250, $200 is to be paid to TRFAM $50 to be retained by show management. No prize money offered and these qualifiers are not NRHA-approved, but do fall under the same rules and regulations. The entry fees have been established to ensure that those who enter are committed to wanting to take part in TRFAM Championships.
A complete list of all exhibitors entered in the qualifiers including their contact information, emails required, must be emailed to KelseyBMGevents@gmail.com within 15 days of the last day of event competition. All qualifier entry fees must be paid to TRFAM within fifteen days after the last day of competition. A $50 late fee, per division, will be applied after the fifteen day deadline. Mail check to TRFAM, 28150 N Alma School Pkwy, 103-619, Scottsdale, AZ 85262. If payment and results are not received, host event will be suspended from holding any future qualifying events.
Each approved host event agrees to promote TRFAM prior to and during their event via social media platforms and event exposure.
By agreeing to host a TRFAM Championship qualifier, the EVENT to the fullest extent permitted by law shall defend, indemnify & hold harmless The Run For A Million Inc., Brumley Management Group Inc., its members, officers, agents, and employees for and against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liabilities of every kind, including but not limited to attorney's fees, in any way arising out of or in connection with activities under this Agreement. This indemnity shall apply regardless of any active and/or passive negligent act or omission of The Run For A Million its members, directors, officers, agents, sponsors, and employees. The Run For A Million Inc. and Brumley Management Group Inc. reserve the right to cancel the event or change its features at any time without notice.
BY SUBMITTING A HOST REQUEST APPLICATION WE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT WE HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO HOST THE RUN FOR A MILLION ROOKIE 1/2 AND NON-PRO CHAMPIONSHIPS QUALIFIER AND AGREE TO THE STATED RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
