1. The policy must show a $500,000 liability policy (minimum)

2. Your policy should be for a "Landlord Policy" or a policy that covers you for leasing out your property to tenants.

3. Policy should name our brokerage (JPK Inc. dba RE/MAX Advantage, 10075 S. Eastern Avenue #103, Henderson, NV 89052) as Additional Insured

Owner acknowledges the setup fee covers only the initial setup and time for Cunningham Group. A reserve will be requested to cover photography/videography (if needed) and other needs within 2 business days.*
Owner acknowledges Cunningham Group does not pay/track annual taxes, HOA dues, LID/SID payments, insurance payments, trash, sewer and owner should set these bills up on automatic payment. We are happy to help direct you to the right utility company to set up payments. *
