  • We don't accept impromptu requests. All requests should be made at least 3 days before the home visit starts. We would recommend you reserve 1 week before your desired visit period, as we can only do 2 home visits in one day. If you will avail of our service during the holiday season, please make sure to make a reservation at the latest 2 weeks before.

    If an emergency occurs and we cannot contact you, please give us information on what to do and who we should contact about your cat.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • We will serve 50€ as a deposit fee for your reservation. Payment should be made via bank transfer to:

      • LHV Pank AS - EE557700771009287603 a/h Lillika OÜ, and give description with your pet's name.

    • If you cancel within 3 – 7 days before the agreed period, you will have to pay 50% of the deposit fee.

    • If you cancel in less than 3 days before the agreed period, you will have to pay 100% of the deposit fee.

    • We do not issue refunds for early arrival on your side.

    • Please note that dates agreed in any way (in writing, by word of mouth) are considered only as temporary reservation.

    • Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, which is due 3 days after submitting a request.

  • Waiver & Consent

    1. I confirm that I have read Lemmika's Terms & Conditions.

    2. I confirm that I own the pet or I was given authority by the owner for taking ownership of the pet.

    3. I assure Lemmika that this pet is currently in good health condition.

    4. I confirm that my pet has a complete and updated vaccination.

    5. I acknowledge that the pet should have a safety collar with a leash and a proper winter coat for walking outside.

    6. I confirm that my pet doesn't have any fleas or any communicable diseases.

    7. I release Lemmika, its employees, and its owners from any liability, including injury, sickness, damage, accident, or death while in the vicinity.

    8. If ever I wasn't able to get back home on time, Lemmika will be calling the owner and get authorization for the pet to stay in a designated shelter.

    9. If my pet needs medical attention, I authorize Lemmika to have them look by the veterinarian.

    10. I understand Lemmika is not responsible for lost or damaged toys, bedding, or other items left with my cat.

    11. I understand Lemmika will use some of the equipments and furnitures in my home for reasonable wear and tear during the visit period, and Lemmika will not be liable for any damages that occur.
    12. Lemmika has my permission & the right to take photographs of my pet, and to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

    13. I confirmed that all information I entered in this form is true and accurate.
