• One-Time Donation- One-time donations can be indicated by filling out this form. For check payments, please fill out and submit this form so we can anticipate and prepare for your check. Checks can be made payable to "Montessori School of Waukesha" and sent to 2600 Summit Ave, Waukesha WI 53188. Please designate your gift to "Build the Vision" on the memo line. Credit/Debit card information can be sumitted through the Waukesha Foundation after submitting this form.

 

• Recurring Donation- We have partnered with Waukesha County Community Foundation to assist with our fundraising efforts. To set up a recurring donation please visit www.waukeshafoundation.org/montessoriwaukesha.

 

• Planned Gift- A planned gift to Build the Vision can be made through a variety of investment vehicles including IRA distributions, stock donations, estate gifts, life insurance, or income-generating options such as charitable gift annuities or donor-advised funds. Please email us at buildthevision@msow.org to discuss these options.

Employer Match

Many employers have a charitable donation matching program, and can effectively double the amount of your gift!

Contributions to Montessori School of Waukesha, Inc. are deemed charitable under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) U.S. Federal Tax ID 39-1154462. Typically payments must be received before the end of the year to be eligible for a tax deduction in that year. Please consult your accountant for any clarifications.

There is no minimum contribution amount.
