  • Fiber Construction Drop Permit

    The property owner or their authorized representative(s) are responsible for identifying and marking any private underground facilities. Red River Communications will utilize One Call 811 Hotline to have all public utilities, including natural gas, electric, and phone services, located during the fiber optic cable construction process.

  • Red River Communications and its agents are not liable for damage to your facilities if they are not properly marked with stakes, spray paint, or flags before work commences. If you are unable to accurately locate and mark your privately owned buried facilities, contractors are available to do so for a fee.

    Once construction activities are finished, Red River Communications will backfill with existing soil and mound the affected area. Any further restoration responsibilities rest with the property owner.

    I affirm that I am the owner or an authorized representative of the owner(s) of the property specified in this application. I grant Red River Communications (RRC) reasonable access to the premises to inspect, install, maintain, and repair RRC products or services, and authorize any employee or designated agent to provide access for these purposes. I confirm the information provided is accurate and will notify Red River Communications promptly of any plan revisions. If installation requirements differ from what was initially submitted in this application, I understand these changes may incur additional costs to me.

  • The FCC requires the privacy of personal information stored and collected for services. Examples of protected information include call details, services and features subscribed to, and carrier selected. Because it is of public record, examples of non-protected information include name, address and phone number if published.

    Customer authentication is required anytime you contact us about protected information about your account. The following process complies with these requirements:

    • If you come to the office for information, please bring a copy of your complete bill with you. If you do not have your bill you will need to provide a valid photo ID before we can share information on your account.
    • If you are calling the office, you need to provide your CPNI password to allow us to share information about your account.
  • Paperless Billing and Auto Pay Options

  • Paperless Billing: Get a one-time $10 bill credit by signing up for SmartHub and going paperless! You’ll receive a text message, email, and/or app alert each month letting you know your bill is ready to view.*
  • AUTO PAY OPTIONS: Red River Communications offers two ways for you to AUTO PAY your monthly bill - monthly credit card payments, or auto bank pay. A member of our Customer Experience Team will reach out about setting up your preferred payment option.*
  • Common Cents - Round-Up Program

    Common Cents for the Common Good. Making a big difference in our communities!
  • Common Cents, a non-profit organization operated separately from Red River Communications, awards funds to local non-profit and community organizations. Common Cents is funded by our customers when they choose to round up their bills to the next dollar. These tax-deductible contributions average $0.40 per month and do not exceed $11.80 annually. As a Red River customer, you are automatically enrolled to contribute to the Common Cents program. If you choose not to contribute, please call our office at 701-553-8309 and we will remove you from the program.
