  • Please provide the following contact and information for the person you want to receive shipping details from FERN Expo. This is a separate portal you will log into to get shipping instructions and download shipping labels.

  • Each Vendor Showcase Table Includes:

    • (1) 6'x2' table with a tablecloth for the Showcase
    • (2) Invitations to the Gala
    • (2) Invitations to the Wednesday Showcase Lunch and wrap-up Cocktails
    • Company name listed in conference materials
    • Show special information for Store Member book (if submitted) 

    Tables are $1,750 each.

    Goodie bag items should be shipped along with your products for the Showcase. You will hand out your goodie bag item as stores visit your table. (Please note that Door Prize value must be greater than $50.)

  • ATTENDEES:

    Two attendees are included with each table space. Additional guest may attend for $175 per person fee. Please notify the GC office of any changes in attendance by November 1, since badges are preprinted for the event.

  • When registration is received, an invoice will be sent for your total with a link to pay by credit card or instructions for ACH.

  • Cancellation Policy and Terms of Agreement: The final date for cancellation is November 1, 2023. Vendor will be charged for all participation and sponsorship fees for cancellations made after November 1, 2023. Submission of this form confirms Vendor agreement to all terms included.

    GCX: Start the Year Conference payment is due on or before December 1, 2023. This form will become binding upon receipt of signed 2024 Vendor GC Buying Group contract. Signed 2024 contract is due by October 15, 2023. Vendor buying group fees must be paid by December 1, 2023.

    By submitting this form, Vendor agrees to the above charges as indicated and confirms that Vendor has the authority to fill out this form on behalf of the company. By completing and submitting this form vendor agrees to adhere to the standards and guidelines contained in the GC buying group contract. Dates, times, and location are subject to change.

    In addition, Vendor agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of exhibiting with International Market Centers, AmericasMart and Fern Expo.

    Should it become necessary for any reason for GC or AmericasMart/IMC to cancel the 2024 GCX: Start the Year Member Conference, Vendor event payment will be refunded.
