Security Deposit Terms

Security Deposit is required at time of application to hold requested date of your rental.
- The Press room, Atrium, Demonstration Kitchen, the Outdoor Pavilion and the Historic Lobby - $200
- The Ballroom - $500
PLEASE NOTE: Security deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable upon cancellation of event. Once the event has been completed and the space has been inspected following rules and regulations, please allow up to 30 days for security deposit to be returned. You will be contacted for pick up at the marketplace when available.

Security Deposit & COVID Guidelines: With the recent pandemic, security deposit scan be refunded in the event of cancellation as long as current guidelines are upheld by rentee.

If any damage has been done inside the space rented and or rules and regulations were not followed by the rentee, the SVRC Marketplace will have the right to deny return of security deposit at any time.
