By Signing below I, First Name* Last Name* , agree to the following terms of The Belle Theatre's performance contract.- I understand that tuition for the Fall Homeschool Program is $175. - Payment Options:$175 - Paid in Full$100 - Deposit - Balance ($75) Due before the 1st scheduled rehearsal- I understand that tuition deposits are non-refundable, regardless of casting decisions. - I understand that casting decisions are made by the directorial team based on the needs of the production and the best fit for the performer. - I understand that I am required to be at every rehearsal unless otherwise stated on the schedule. If I am not in attendance for choreography, I understand that I may not be in that musical number. - I understand cast members may be dismissed if more than 3 rehearsals are missed. - I understand Tech Week rehearsals are mandatory. - I understand that there is no smoking, vaping, alcohol, or other drug use allowed on Belle property and failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the production. - I allow photographs/video of myself/my child to be taken in use of The Belle Theatre Inc. online, print, and marketing purposes. - I understand that costumes are included in my tuition amount and will be provided.
