    Automatic Pool Covers are not manufactured or warrantied by our company. Latham Pool Products is the manufacturer and the one who reviews and approves all warranty claims. We have no control over the process or in determining warranty eligibility.

    We will ensure that your claim is processed as timely as possible, within our control. In some situations, you may be asked to submit further details and/or photos/videos.

    Once we hear back from the manufacturer, we will be in contact with you via the email address provided above. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for us to submit the claim. If after that time you have not heard back from us, please feel free to check in with our office for a status update. We will do our best to try and communicate any updates.
