Entry Deadline: Friday, October 20 (10:00 am - 5:00 pm)

An annual, year-end exhibit of local art will be on view in the main gallery from November 2, 2023 - January 5, 2024. Entry into the exhibit is open to any artist (18+) living or working in Greenwood County or current members of the Greenwood Area Studio Potters, Greenwood Artist Guild, Greenwood Woodworkers Guild and The Delores Von Rosen Basketry Guild.

Entry Option #1:

• complete the online entry form + entry fee (before art delivery date 10/28)
• deliver labeled artwork on the art delivery date to: The Arts Center, 120 Main Street, Greenwood, SC 29646

• complete the printable entry form
• deliver the printed entry form + labeled artwork + entry fee on art delivery date to: The Arts Center, 120 Main Street, Greenwood, SC 29646

A voting box will be on site during the exhibition from November 8 - 10 as well as the evening of the reception and the awards will be announced at 6:15 pm. 

Entry Eligibility:

• Any artist (18+) living or working in Greenwood County is eligible to enter or current members of Greenwood Area Studio Potters, Greenwood Artist Guild, Greenwood Woodworkers Guild and The Delores Von Rosen Basketry Guild.
• A non-refundable entry fee of $20 is required for all artists who are non-guild entrants.
• A non-refundable entry fee of $10 is required for all entrants who are active guild members.
• Both 2D and 3D artwork is eligible.
• Each artist may submit up to two entries.
• Entries will be selected by Arts Center of Greenwood staff.
• Artists will be notified of accepted artwork via email on November 1.
• All artwork must be original and not previously shown at The Arts Center of Greenwood.
• Presentation Specifications: Any wall-hanging artwork must be securely wired/prepped for hanging. No clip or saw tooth mounting will be accepted.
• Framing specifications: light wood, white or black are acceptable options. No gold framing will be accepted. All art entries must be easily transportable and not exceed 85" on one side. We reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements or judged inappropriate for public exhibition.
• The Arts Center of Greenwood reserves the right to reproduce images of submitted artwork for educational and promotional purposes.
• The Arts Center of Greenwood will retain a 30% commission on all artworks sold during the exhibition. Please price work in accordance.
