Mentees Goals & Time Commitment

If you haven't already identified your main areas of focus, we encourage you to do so prior to completing this application so your responses are relevant to your mentorship. Through the interview process, we can support you in honing into more specifics as well. If you need assistance organizing your farm goals, this site is very helpful.
We know time is a challenge for all farmers, but it is crucial for your success and to show respect to our mentors that all mentees fulfill their commitments for the full 10-month duration and remain actively engaged with their Mentor throughout the program. Expect to meet bi- weekly or monthly on phone or video calls.
