, affirm that all works my own original creations and concepts, and that they are not copies of someone else's work. All works submitted to the tour organizers are original, and not reproductions.

OR drop off USB with images named as required at 24 Antonio Way, Perth

1. All photos must be clear and high resolution.

2. Photos need to be between 2 and 3 MB.

3. Submit SIX images of work completed in the last calendar year. Please do not resubmit photos

4. Artisanal creations (Pottery, glass, jewellery) must be photographed against a plain background, preferably white.

5. Submit a photo of yourself with your work or in your studio. This will be used for publicity purposes.

6. Number and title your images in the following format: Number, last name, Title, medium size, price example: 1 SAWATZKY Canoe Trip ll acrylic 20 x 20 $275

(The #1 image will be used for puplicity.) 

Please make sure that the number corresponds to your image labels.

Payment may be made via cheque or e-transfer.
