    2025 Illinois Student Ministries Exhibitor Registration Form

  • Illinois Student Ministries values the partnership with our Assemblies of God schools and the opportunities they present the students of Illinois to further their educations in an environment with like-minded, Christian individuals. For this reason, we allow these schools to send representatives to have exhibitor booths at Momentum Conference. 

    ISM is not responsible for the set-up or running of booths, nor the reception or mailing of items used for the booths. Each school should send representatives to run their booths who are competent and able to communicate clearly and concisely with students and their leaders. 

    Booth locations will be pre-assigned at the event. Each school should pre-register their attendees so we are aware of their arrival in advance. No onsite registrations for exhibitor booth space will be permitted.

    Exhibitor registration is non-refundable and you will not be refunded for not showing up to the event.

    ISM also allows schools to WAIVE their exhibitor fees by sending volunteer groups of 3 or more to learn the behind-the-scenes of the event and help in the set-up (Thursday), tear-down, and running of the event. If you are interested in sending a volunteer group, ALL ATTENDANCE FEES will be waived, with the exception of the $50 video promo fee and the $85 electric outlet fee (charged by convention center). These volunteers should individually fill out the volunteer application, in addition to your submission of this form. 

    For those not sending volunteer teams, the payment schedule is as follows:

    Full payment for Momentum must be postmarked or paid online by October 31, 2025, or a $50 late fee will incur. If paying by check, remit payment to:

  • Registration

    Registration includes one booth, one attendee, one slide to loop before sessions & one digital booklet advertisement.
  • November 21-22, 2025 Bank of Springfield Center, Springfield, IL

    Check-In and Booth Set-Up Friday, Nov. 21 at 9:00 AM. Early check-in (Thursday) goes to those who are sending volunteer groups of 3 or more. 

  • Please note for Momentum Volunteers:
    • Be onsite Friday, Nov 21, by 7:30 AM for breakfast, prayer, and team assignments.
    • The conference concludes Saturday, Nov 22, around 4:00 PM. Volunteers should plan to stay through clean-up (until approximately 6:00 PM).
    • Lodging: Friday night at Calvary Church, Springfield, separated by gender. Bring sleeping bags, pillows, and/or cots. A shower is available if needed.
    • Local teams: please plan to arrive Thursday afternoon to assist with setup if at all possible. Note: lodging is only provided for Friday night.
    • Meals are provided while serving.
    • Volunteers must adhere to ISM’s Code of Conduct (found on the Volunteer Application they will fill out).

  • Registration fee of $500 includes one booth, one attendee, one slide to loop before sessions & 1 digital booklet advertisement.  Each additional attendee (if not sending volunteer group as described above) is $50. Each additional booth space is $500. Video promo space is $50. 

  • ISM requests that attending exhibitors provide us with a minimum of two items to give away in our general sessions. What are your items?

      See here for a template example. Please also submit a file of your logo with a transparent background if possible. 

      Space is limited and given on a first-come-first-serve basis. ISM reserves the right to refuse advertisements based on content or design. Graphics MUST be received by November 1, 2025. Failure to submit graphics by the specified deadline will result in the loss of advertising space.

    • If you would like to promote your school from the stage at Momentum, send us a video announcement to be played throughout the event. Please make sure the promo is under 3 minutes and in HD format. Contact ilsmonline@idcag.org for details or to submit your video by the November 1, 2025 deadline.
