CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes schedules change and we request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. In most cases, being more than 15 minutes late doesn't allow an ample amount of time to complete your service to the highest standards. Therefore, being more than 15 minutes late will count as a "no-show," and will accrue a fee of 50% of your service amount. Thank you for for your understanding.
