  • Hey! Thank you for your interest in working with me and taking the time to fill out this form! Don't worry! I'm not going to grill you, I just have a few basic questions that will help me make sure you choose the best service for your goals. Consider this a more convenient option to the traditional in-person consultation. It saves you an extra trip to the salon, and it helps me better prepare my game plan for our first appointment together!

    Before you get started, a few quick things to note:

    -I currently am not taking any new haircut only guests. The haircut option available is an add-on service, which can only be added onto a color or extension service.

    -If you're looking for a haircut, but aren't interested in adjusting your existing color, I recommend getting a clear gloss and adding on a haircut.

    -Extension inquiries have their own form, which can be found under the extension section on my website.

  • For the photo upload section, please upload 3 pictures of your current hair, and 2-3 inspiration photos.

    -For your current hair: please have your hair down, brushed, and take photos in natural, indirect sunlight. This is the best way for me to determine how I can serve you best.

  • Please note, I require a 50% appointment retainer for all new guests. Upon submitting this form, please go back to my online booking site, read the service descriptions, and request an appointment with the service you think is most appropriate for your goals. I will review this form submission, make any necessary adjustments to the appointment request, and reach out with instructions on how to pay the appointment retainer.  Appointment requests will be approved upon receipt of the retainer. If your retainer has not been paid 48 hrs before the start time of your requested appointment, the request will be denied, and a new appointment request must be submitted. 

    Your appointment in salon will begin with a brief in person consultation to refine the plan for service.

     You understand that I have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, and if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will forefit your appointment retainer, and future appointment requests may be denied.
