The following constitutes the Videography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Ètranger Entertainment (the “Videographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

The client agrees to pay a full day rate of $500 for the video services of Ètranger Ent. This rate encompasses coverage of the wedding ceremony, pre-ceremony( if time allows), and reception. Included in this package are the following deliverables: 1 condensed 60 sec highlight reel, 6 hours of coverage and a 3-5 min. highlight film delivered digitally. Transportation expenses will not be added on to the above rate.

The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Ètranger Ent. will videotape, including photos, musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to the client for inclusion in the clients video.

Ètranger Ent. is not responsible for poor audio if the groom does not agree to wear a lapel microphone, dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting or the refusal of the client to allow additional lighting provided by Ètranger Ent. at the reception, or electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond our control.

Ètranger Ent. reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or for promotional purposes. All final video masters, wedding ceremony footage, and audio captures remain the exclusive property of Ètranger Ent. Such property will be provided to the client as it is specified with the selected video packages.

If Ètranger ent. fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Ètranger Ent., including but not limited to illness, accident, labour disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Ètranger Ent.’s liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received.

Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with Ètranger Ent.’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the videographer's style and that Ètranger Ent.’s work is constantly evolving; that Ètranger Ent.’s services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the video may be different from videos done by the company in the past; and that in creating the videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create videos consistent with our personal judgment and consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that the videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria. Additonally it is the client's responsibilty to inform Ètranger Ent. of any specific shot selections in which the client would like captured.

In the event that Ètranger Ent. cannot attend the event, Ètranger Ent. will provide a replacement for that day. If replacement fails to attend,

Ètranger Ent. will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the full duration of the ceremony and reception. Coverage hours included in the package are for the wedding date only and must be consecutive.

Both the client and Ètranger Ent. agree to the terms of delivery which includes final video masterings between 3-6 months after the date of the contracted wedding.
