ROLE: The Account Manager is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business.
This role involves strong project management skills, leadership, and the ability to effectively communicate both with your team and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as the leader of a cohesive growth marketing team towards a common goal, client success.
Your main tasks daily will be client communication, both in Slack and on calls. You will also be the "work pacer" of the operations team, setting deadlines and ensuring your team stays on track. This includes leading weekly team meetings and client calls.
You will be working alongside C-Suite Executives providing updates on work cadence across the organization.
Ensuring a "white-glove" service and improving overall client experience.
RESULTS:
Team is meeting deadlines and producing quality work.
Clients feel heard and understand project cadence.
Average client retention is 11 months or longer. Churn is 5% or less.
Holding team accountable to company values and culture expectation.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager. Skilled in project management and client communicaion. Agency experience preferred.
Proficiency with FB ads Manager and data analysis tools preferred.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
HOURS: Eastern Standard Time Zone (9-5PM EST)
SALARY: $55k-$72k + OTE BENEFITS: Work-life balance with remote work from anywhere.
